The HTC One X9 was rolled out in China back in December 2015. The latest reports pertaining to the smartphone suggest that the device will soon be launched in the Indian market. Apparently, the listing of the device has already been done by HTC on the HTC India Website.

However, the listing did not mention any specific date on which the device will be launched in India. Instead, it was listed as Coming Soon which means that the device might hit the Indian market in the oncoming days or weeks. The price tag with which the device will arrive in India has also not been mentioned in the listing.

As for the technical aspects of the device, it sports a 5.5-inc full HD display screen which has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The pixel density on the screen is 401 pixels per inch. The screen comes protected with Corning Gorilla Glass which provides safety to it against drops and other types of shocks.

Under its hood, the device comes packed with a 64 bit 2.2 GHz Octa Core MediaTek Helio X10 Processor. A 3GB RAM is included in the device which beautifully compliments the processor. That apart, a Mali T-760 GPU is also built into it which handles the graphics department.

In the storage department, the HTC One X9 comes with 32GB of inbuilt memory. It also features an external microSD card slot which can be utilized by users to insert an external microSD card into the device and expand its memory upto 2TB.

The main camera on the device is a 13-megaixel one which has a f/2.0 aperture. The Optical Image Stabilization feature comes loaded in the device which will enable users with shaky hands to take perfect photos.

The camera also has the capability to record with 4K resolution. Also included is a LED flash on the back side of the device which ensures photography under dim-light conditions. Capturing of images in RAW format is also supported by the camera of the device. Capturing of images in RAW format makes them more edit-able at a later point of time.

As for the front snapper, it is a 5-megapixel one which can be used for taking selfies and making video calls. It too has a f/2.0 aperture.

The standard set of connectivity features that are found on the device include- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/AGPS 3G and 4G LTE. It also features a Micro-USB port which can be utilized for the purpose of charging the device and also data transfer.

The battery that it packs is a 3000mAH one which has enough juice in it to make the device seamlessly last a day. On an average, the battery can provide around 15 hours of talk-time. on standby mode on a 3G network, it lasts for a period of 485 hours. The feature of quick charging is also included in the device which allows users to charge up the device in a jiffy.

The variant that was launched in Chain, came with Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. However, the HTC One X9 that will be launched in India will carry the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The OS will be combined with the latest version of HTC’s own user interface- HTC Sense 7.0 UI.

The dual-SIM feature is built into the device which will allow users to remain connected to two cellular networks at the same time. two variants of the device based on its color will be launched in India. These are- the black color variant and the white color variant.
