The device has the measurements of 153.9 by 75.9 by 8 mm and it weighs in at 170 grams. The trademark BoomSound speakers which is a common inclusion in HTC smartphones is also found in the HTC One X9. The speakers are located on the front end of the device.
No specific details regarding the price tag with which it will arrive in India is available yet. However, it is being assumed that it will most likely come with a price tag which will hover around the INR 30,000 mark.
In other news, the device will soon be available with Vodafone in the Australian market. It will be available on Vodafone from April 13. A wider retail launch of the device is scheduled for May.
Customers can avail the AUD$40 Red plan of Vodafone to purchase the device. In this particular plan, customers will have to pay AUD$5 per month for a period of 24 months for the smartphone.
An added benefit of the plan is that Vodafone is offering 500MB of data along with unlimited amount of text and talk-time alongside the device.
The HTC One X9 is being dubbed as a mid-range smartphone by most people. However, Ben Hodgson is of the opinion that the device is of premium class. He stated that the device was both sleek, powerful and also beautiful.
