At the same time Scott Gimple the show runner revealed a note to The Talking Dead that the upcoming season would have Rick Grimes and his group of survivors face threats of life from different sides.
Scott has gone ahead and mentioned that the show will continue to change and reinvent itself every 8 episodes and the same will be done yet again. These characters know now what it takes for them to survive so well the question is what they will do with the power and how will they choose to live. Scott also mentioned that they see their most ambitious ideas get motion and come into life. He also announced that The Walking Dead Season 6 will be louder, bigger and scarier than all the previous seasons.
The producers haven’t given a fixed date for the release of The Walking Dead Season 6, but the filming work is expected to start on 4th May in Senoia, Georgia. With the production starting in early May fans are very hopeful that the series will have a few episodes complete within July. This paves the way for the release of a trailer or a promotional footage in the July ComicCon.
