The Amazing Spider-Man 3: Explore Parker as a High School Student, Likely to Appear In Civil War, And More

Feige said that the high school superhero opened doors to explore a lot of dynamics, not only about the different characters and villains, but also the different facets of Peter Parker. In the earlier films, Peter Parker graduated early from high school, but this film will be a little different with the main focus on his life as a high school kid.

Marvel and Sony are on a look out for an actor who can portray the character of the 15-year-old school Peter Parker and his spidey avatar. Logan Lerman from Perks of Being a Wallflower and Dylan O’Brien from Teen Wolf were rumored to be the top choices, but these reports were all denied.

Sony had big plans for Spider-Man in their earlier ventures but was disappointed. With plans for including Spider-Man in the Marvel Universe as a team member of the Avengers, Sony is all out to bring in the superhero in a new avatar. The audience will get the first glimpse of the new Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War.

The studio has, however, claimed that the plans can change because they are still in the initial days of planning.

The Amazing Spider-Man 3 is reportedly expected to release on July 28, 2017. We sure hope that this time round, Spidey and swing his way into the hearts of the fans.
