With the flexed design and approach, the G4 will be intended for esthetic and practical purposes. At the same time, it will support the device while it’s resting on a surface. Meanwhile, Jermaine Smith has pictured the G4 as a major media playback tool. According to him, one of the core features to be seen in this device is a front-facing speaker popularized by the HTC One flagship series. He imagines that the device will be far from the premium smartphone that everyone expected.
The back cover is supposed to be plastic, and this seems to be in accordance with Phone Arena’s report that claims the upcoming device will skip the metallic cover. LG will instead use this with the G4 Note. According to a report from Korea, the upcoming LG G4 will not feature a metallic body.
Meanwhile, the Korean giant is expected to release a metal-clad device by the end of 2015. The upcoming rumored high-end flagship handset will compete with devices like the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and the Apple iPhone 6 Plus. Reports suggest that LG will not include the metal cover due to the costly nature of the transfer to CNC equipment.
LG G4 will feature a 5.6 inch screen with 3K resolution, 600ppi pixel density, Android 5.0 Lollipop and 3GB of RAM. Stay tuned for more updates on LG G4!
