Half Life 3 Could Release In 2018, Will It Be VR-Ready? Let’s See

There is a possibility of experiencing Half Life 3 in virtual reality, thanks to Alan Yates, a Valve,hardware engineer. He talked about how he started with Valve’s AR/VR researching team.

He said that he was quite lucky to start at Valve when Michael Abrash began the AR/VR research team. In the beginning, the team was a lot smaller.

They are the individuals responsible for solving some of the most important technological difficulties and coming up with a new generation of consumer headsets. At the same time, they are already working on the next generation.

Valve has developed a lot of successful franchises so far, including Counter Strike, DOTA 2, Portal, Half-Life and Left 4 Dead. It is also the one running Steam, world’s popular gaming engine.

Valve’s accomplishments are never ending but what gamers want, is Half Life 3. The first Half-Life game released back in 1998, and people are expecting the new title to come out in 2018-2020.

Gamers are anticipating new titles like Portal 3 and Left 4 Dead 3. If we are lucky enough Half Life 3 could be included among them as well.
