Callie’s lawyer comes out to state that Arizona isn’t qualified enough to get custody since she isn’t the biological mother of Sofia and Arizona is devastated to hear this. She says that the statement is highly offensive to anyone who has ever adopted a kid or has been adopted. There is no word on who finally gets the custody of Sofia.
iDigital Times has reported that Arizona might lose the custody battle since there is a part in the trailer where she is shown leaving the trail while it is still on. Arizona has been working with a pregnant teenage along with April (Sarah Drew).
Arizona finds out about the teenager having been brought into the hospital because of an emergency and she rushes out of the courtroom. Arizona states that whoever gets Sofia’s custody, will take care of her and love her, but her patient’s life is in danger.
Callie understands Arizona’s decision to leave since they are doctors who are committed to patient care, over and above their own selves, but the judge is not impressed. Arizona doesn’t look like a good caregiver if she could rush out while fighting for the custody of her child and it is likely that the judge will make the decision based on her behavior.
