Xiaomi Mi5 will have several upgrades in its features over the Mi4. Reports suggest that it will sport a new design with a great metal body and like most high-end smartphones today, it will have a fingerprint scanner as well.

The latest reports regarding its specifications suggest that the Mi5 will have a 5.2 inch QHD touchscreen with a display resolution of 2560×1440 and will be further protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

It will run on the Android operating system and should have a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor under the hood. It will further have a 16megapixel primary camera along with 4GB RAM and 32/64GB of internal storage.

Reports suggest that it will have a 13megapixel front snapper with over 3000mAh battery. Pricing rumors suggest a tag of ¥2,399 (around $386/€350).
