Shakira was recently at her home town of Barranquilla in Colombia. She was there to shoot for a music video with Carlos Vives. This video will be used in La Bicicleta which is their upcoming single.
During her time in Barranquilla she was present at a press conference and at the conference she was asked whether she would be seen tying the knots with Gerard in the recent future. She stated that the couple is happy the way they are at the current moment. She clarified that none of them intends to get married anytime soon.
She was also asked whether she was pregnant again. Shakira clarified that she was not pregnant.
She also revealed that the paparazzi have been going through the garbage outside her home to find any proof of her being pregnant. She seemed quite annoyed by it and asked them to stop snooping around her house and go home and wash their hands as she was not pregnant.
It was reported that fans have been criticizing Shakira for speaking like a Spaniard while she was in her hometown. Apparently, she asked her fans in Spanish to cooperate.
They were quite surprised at how well she spoke the language. They are of the opinion that she is forgetting her roots and becoming more of a Spanish person.
