Samsung Galaxy Note 6 Release Date, Specification and Price Rumors, Phablet Features 6.1-inch 4K Display and 4000mAh Battery!

Galaxy Note fans in the UK are pretty disappointed about the Note 5 still not being released in the country. They are quite disturbed about the device not making its way to UK shores till now. However, recent news indicates that Galaxy Note 6 will be available in the country later this year.

Besides a phablet-sized display, the upcoming device will have 6GB of RAM along with 128GB of internal storage. It will also feature a 12-megapixel camera and Super OIS.

Keep in mind that nothing has been heard from Samsung so far, regarding details about Galaxy Note 6. However, Tech Radar has quoted that a ‘high-up’ source reported that the device will indeed, be launched in UK markets.

The publication said, “Samsung has no plans to launch a Galaxy S7 Edge+ handset and will instead reinstate the Galaxy Note 6 as the brand’s chief phablet in the UK. That’s according to a source high up at one of the UK’s major networks who cited a ‘backlash from loyal Note fans’ as one of the chief reasons for the reverse decision.”

The Galaxy S6 Edge+ was launched in the UK last year, instead of the Galaxy Note 5. Galaxy S6+ is no doubt an excellent phone but comprising on the Note was not expected by Galaxy fans in the UK. As a result, the Galaxy S6+ didn’t enjoy a great sales figure.

According to most people guessing the details of the upcoming Note 6, the device will be an upgrade over the Galaxy S7 Edge which was launched this year, in February, at the Mobile World Congress.

The device will come with an Exynos or Snapdragon processor, a bigger and better battery, pressure-sensitive display and 6GB RAM. Android Central reported that considering the size increase relative to the Galaxy S7 Edge, the device should have a 4000mAh battery.

When it comes to the internals, it is expected that Samsung will choose from the best Qualcomm Snapdragon or Exynos processors, as in the previous years. Now, people are wondering whether it will have an upgraded Exynos Octa Core chip or Qualcomm will have the Snapdragon 820 Silicon chip ready to be released for devices in 2016.

Sadly, nothing has been announced so far. According to some others, the device will come with the functionality of a hybrid laptop with great processor speed, memory and RAM along with additional features.

A patent was won by Samsung for its next-generation Note devices and this was leaked by Patently Mobile. According to the patent, the device can be docked with a larger laptop and will function as its keypad, while offering the entire processing power as well.

If you consider an ideal scenario, it will be possible for the device to be placed between the keyboard and the display and it will let you use the laptop thanks to 6GB of RAM, 128GB SSD storage and a 4000mAh battery.

Know Your Mobile declared that Note phablets are powerful enough to be considered a miniature computer of its own. According to the report, the future version will have enough storage options to function as a proper computer.

This is a logical extension for the Note series since the devices are focused on desktop-like multitasking options and features on productivity tasks. People are primarily questioning the software.

iGalaxy.com reported that Note 6 will feature a 6-inch display, the latest Android 6.1 Marshmallow OS, a 4K display resolution, 16-core processor, 6GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, a 20MP rear camera and a 4,000 mAh battery.
