Rihanna to Perform for Cano’s Fundraiser, Her Father Makes an Embarrassing Statement, And More

Robinson Cano, the star of the Seattle Mariners is getting some of his high flying friends to Seattle. The Seattle Mariners slugger has announced that his agency, Roc Nation Sport is going to collaborate with Rihanna and Jay-Z to organize an event at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle on 3rd June.

Night with Robinson Cano & Friends, which is popularly referred to as Canoche, is going to work toward raising funds for RC22 Foundation, the benefit under Cano’s name. RC22 works towards improving the lives of underprivileged communities and children, both in the local and global levels.

The foundation is currently working towards raising funds to build a school in San Pedro De Macoris, which happens to be the hometown of Cano. The school, which is intended to be for the children aging between 3 to 8 years, is going to be the first school in the town.

Canoche is expected to be a Supper Club fundraiser with a Latin theme. There will be a live orchestra, dancing and dining, followed by an auction that will go towards sponsoring the school. Canoche is excited to bring to his second home, Seattle, the opportunity to develop and help a foundation that goes towards helping kids in areas like education, fitness and wellness.

Rihanna is always known for her edgy and rocking outfits and she made quite a statement while she was out bowling with her friends. She sported a long white t-shirt. She had accessorized it with funky black boots and a red beret.

She had her shoulder bag while the jewelry that she sported was trendy and chic. She wore a few gold bracelets, a pair of chandelier earrings and a stack of necklaces around her neck. Rihanna also wore a necklace with her last name on it.

Rihanna was in New York City and was spotted out and about the city, making the most of her visit. She attended the Met Gala 2015 on 4th May, where she stood out among the guests for her dress. The singer also hosted an after-party at Up & Down after the event.
