Meanwhile before his concert last Monday in Winnipeg, Nick met with a group of children who are diabetics. Himself having been diagnosed with type-1 diabetes as a 13-years-old the issue was close to his heart and he is trying to catch up with young patients at each stop of his ‘The Future Now: The Tour’.

And he does act as an inspiration for the patients suffering from the disease which the star described as having turned his whole world upside down. Drew Hall from Winnipeg all of 10 years who is a diabetic says that what her favorite singer can do on the stage with the same disease acts as a real inspiration for her.

On other news is the finalizing of Scottish actress Karen Gillan for a role in the re imagining of the 1995 classic Jumanji. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson put up the announcement on Instagram featuring an attractive photo of the actress over whom he was clearly fanboying.

Gillan is most famous for her role as Amy Pond Doctor Who’s companion. The film stars Gillan, Johnson, Kevin Hurt, Jack Black and Nick Jonas.
