Motorola Moto 360 vs. Huawei Watch: Price, Build, Specs Comparison, And More!

For a long time, the Motorola Moto 360 has been the poster boy for Google new Android Wear Technology. Customers waited a long time to get their hands on this device, simply because it was eons ahead of the basic pedestrian design, featured in the Samsung Gear Live and the LG G Watch. With its sleek features and eye-catching design, users couldn’t wait to get the first taste of this innovative technology.

Although Moto 360 is a great device, it’s not the quite the leap that users were hoping for. However, Google should be equally blamed for the failings of the revolutionary Motorola Moto 360. The device has been machined from stainless steel and available in black or silver colors for the basic model. It also includes a crown on one side and no ports, inputs or sockets. The circular screen in this device is extremely eye-catching with a highly minimalistic design.

The watch may be a bit chunkier, but it’s definitely sleek enough to slip it out from under your sleeve and take a quick peek. On larger wrists, it looks like a charm while it can appear a bit large for people with smaller wrists. Only a single size is available for the Moto 360 while Apple is about to release two size variants in order to overcome this issue.

Meanwhile, both the Huawei Watch and the Moto 360 have circular faces unlike the Apple, Samsung and Sony watches. With their stylish designs, both watches are quite popular among users. Huawei created quite a stir at MWC with their stylish stainless steel watch. You can choose among two straps, leather or stainless steel. The Motorola Moto 360 is available now at a price tag of 199 dollars.

You can pick it up from Motorola or use other vendors like Amazon, O2 and John Lewis. The newer stainless steel designs are available at a higher 229 dollar price tag. Huawei’s latest addition, known simply as the Huawei Watch hasn’t been released yet. Critics are predicting a $300 price tag in order to match the latest LG Watch Urbane. Current Listings in MobileFun suggests a 300 dollars price tag for the black and silver models. However, the gold variant will be priced higher at the $350 mark.
