Microsoft Surface Book 2 will feature a 4K display and run on 32GB of RAM, it is expected to release in 2017!

Neurogadget reports that it will feature a combination of Intel Kaby Lake, AMD Polaris, and Nvidia Pascal. It was also reported that this device will run on Windows 10 and the Redstone update.

The device will feature 7 hours of battery life and will include USB Type-C Charging terminals along with rechargeable Surface Pen Stylus. The latest report suggests that all x86 PC games will be supported by the Microsoft Xbox Live application.

This will attract the gaming community since the Surface Book has an amazing graphics card. Sadly, Microsoft did not release an official statement regarding the launch of Surface Book 2 and Surface Pro 5.

In any manner, the next hybrid variant from Microsoft will triumph over the specs of its predecessor. It is possible that the upcoming model will feature the same display size as the original Surface Book 2. Other rumors indicate that it will have a 4K display, running on a fast Kaby Lake processor.

Some of us are wondering whether Microsoft will ultimately decide to build the Surface Book 2. The first Surface Book received huge amounts of press coverage due to which, it is highly unlikely the Microsoft will abandon this series.

Time and again, Microsoft has said that it wants to create new categories of hardware that can be owned by its partners.  In reality, Surface Book sales have been very slow. Its market share is simply 3.6 percent of all Surface Products. The Surface Pro 3 and the Surface Pro 4 have managed to outsell the Surface Book by a 10:1 ratio.

Stay tuned for more updates on Microsoft Surface Book 2!
