Marika explained that since the last year, the developers have seen an increase in the people playing competitively and there is also a spectatorship element associated with the game, which is exciting to say the least. As a result, this is why they are hosting various events of Clash of Clans.
For the next question, Marika was asked whether Supercell would like to introduce more regular Clash of Clans events in various regions around the world. Marika explained that right now they are primarily focused in making ClashCon a fruitful experience with a successful outcome. In the future, they could certainly take such steps, keeping in mind the demand elsewhere.
In the meantime, there are some tips and tricks that you can keep in mind while progressing in Clash of Clans. Firstly, you need to take care of your gems. In the beginning, the game will want you to spend them and if you aren’t observant, you’ll end up spending your entire lot. DO NOT do that in case you can’t afford buying pots of gems every other day.
Focus on creating a sneak attack for the opponent attacking your base. Bombs, spring traps, skeleton traps, strategically placed seeking air mines and bombs should help you out. Try placing the castle in the center and keep donating for increasing experience. Lastly, cannons are your best friends. Keep upgrading them.
In other news, there was an unscheduled Clash of Clans maintenance break on 1st October and servers were down in Boom Beach as well. Did you experience it in your region?
