Nomura was asked by another fan whether the inclusion of Heartless and the Nobody suggested that these characters will play an important role as enemies in the game and whether more such enemies will be incorporated by the developers in it.
Nomura stated that different enemy types will definitely play a major role in the game. While the reply from Nomura did not directly answer the question, it surely hinted towards the fact that the developers might indeed include some other types of enemies in the game.
Talking about the trailer for the game which was released back in June 2015, Nomura pointed out that the trailer did not show all the worlds that will actually be in the game. He also informed the fans that the actual gameplay of Kingdom Hearts 3 might feature slight differences compared to the trailer as the trailer has been created before the final cuts.
A footage was recently leaked online which was reportedly recorded at the D23 Japan. It gave a very short glimpse of the secret gameplay trailer of the game that was shown at the event. A number of characters from the game were spotted in the video.
Mickey was seen alongside his keyblade and Donald and Goofy were seen riding some sort of a fantasy ride. The ride showed close resemblance to Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blaster ride at Disneyland.
The game will release for the current-gen consoles of Xbox One and PS4.
