Dr Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) might also be rekindling their romance. Capshaw has renewed her contract which might work out in favor of the two. Rhimes has not hinted whether the two will just remain friends or whether things will progress further.
With Patrick Dempsey out of the picture the creators have brought in Martin Henderson to add the hotness quotient to the show. There are speculations that he will play Meredith’s love interest, but reports suggest that Meredith is not ready for new romance.
The Inquisitr has reported that Lea Michele is trying to convince Grey’s Anatomy show runner Shonda Rhimes to include her in the upcoming season. Lea has always been very vocal about her love for the long-running show and she is very interested in being a part of it.
Lea Michele has been saying in her different interviews that she is ready for the scrubs since her mother was a nurse and she is already aware of the medical jargons that are used in the show.
Fans feel that with the show highlighting on a lighter tone in the upcoming season 12 having Lea Michele on board wouldn’t have been a bad decision on the part of Shonda Rhimes.

Why would you take Derek off of Grey’s Anatomy? I think he was one of the best actors and the story was always trilling with him and Meredith. If somehow please bring hm back.
