This is the year of Virtual Reality devices and it is quite natural that Google will follow up on this and release a brand new VR device. With their awesome cardboard headset, Google has already entered the VR bandwagon. Reports indicate that the company is planning to compete against Samsung with its own mid-range VR headset, powered by Android.

At the same time, Google has been looking for people, ready to test their self-driving cars. This is something that Google will probably talk about, during the conference. Now, what we have remaining is Google’s Project Tango.

It deals with augmented reality smartphone technology and it has finally found Lenovo as its partner. There are talks of releasing a handset later this year, which will come with the ability of 3D mapping. Google could reveal its own Project Tango Hardware or use this upcoming opportunity showcase the device.

Meanwhile, Google has started providing OTAs for Nexus devices. The renders and specifications of the upcoming Moto X 2016 have leaked.  The Chinese OEM Honor will finally launch the V8.
