He further revealed that everyone wishes for happy endings but personally, he loves a bittersweet ending. People always keep asking about the ending for Game of Thrones and he is not going to tell them.
However, he always tells them to expect something bittersweet in the end. He further asked fans to download an image from the recently released A Game of Thrones coloring book. George R.R Martin might have hoped to keep fans satisfied for some time with this coloring book but they are still waiting to hear updates about Winds of Winter.
A user even reacted sarcastically, saying this is exactly what they need. However, in his 13-year old squeaky yelling voice, he simply says, “SIT DOWN AND WRITE”.
The 67-year old author decided to tease fans through his blog by revealing that while he is travelling, the army of minions under his command will be right there at the old homestead, working hard in the paper mines.
Fans are hoping that this statement indicates that the book has already been sent to the publishing house. Earlier, there was a report that Michal Jakuszewski is already translating the manuscript to Polish as he was asked to clear his schedule in order to translate the book, before the year ends.
