The teaser for Daredevil Season 3 has already made it very evident that Daredevil Season 3 is going to be a dark one. With The Punisher and Elektra set to come back in, there are a lot of exciting things that fans can look forward to. Christian Daily has reported that Daredevil Season 3 is going to deal with a different side of Matt Murdoc (Charlie Cox).
Cox himself spoke about the new challenges his character is going to face in Season 3. He said that the second season saw Murdock face a lot of difficult things, and it had paved the way for a new Matt. Cox stated that this Matt Murdock is going to carry himself very differently. Murdock was a hero in the first season, but the second season saw him face a massive humiliation which humbled him.
There are speculations that Daredevil Season 3 might bring back Elektra. Elektra’s death in Season 2 of Daredevil was one of the most moving scenes, and with Elektra saying that this wasn’t the end, there many fans who feel that she will be resurrected. There is a chance that The Hand might bring her back to life.
