Miller was charged with 20 fraud cases for falsely declaring bankruptcy. If the court finds her guilty, Miller will be seeing five years in prison apart from a whopping fine of $250,000.

As if Miller wasn’t going through enough, she now has to deal with the prospect of her star student Maddie Ziegler leaving her dance company and the show after Dance Moms Season 6.

The trailer for the upcoming season also showed Holly Frazier, Nia Frazier’s mother talking about Debbie Allen wanting to work with some of the girls from ALDC. The parents are open to the girls moving on to other companies with Abby likely to go to prison.

With Maddie Ziegler paying more attention to her film career, the other girls from the ALDC are getting a chance to perform and shine. Kalani Hilliker, Kendall Vertes, Mackenzie Ziegler and Nia Frazier all score a sole in the leading competitions. The trailer also shows Maddie Ziegler performing solo to Bond Girl.

With the girls of ALDC growing up, Abby Lee Miller is focusing on young recruits. According to International Business Times, Abby Lee Miller is talking about the idea of including some younger members to the ALDC in Dance Moms Season 6.
