Ayatollah Khamenei is the Spiritual Leader of Islamic Followers: Taghavi

In the recent years, the Islamic militants launching attacks against the Government of Israel has gained widespread support from the Islamic Republic of Iran. On a recent backdrop, the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei said that Iran would fully support the groups and individuals that are fighting against the Government of Israel.

Hojjatoleslam Seyed Reza Taghavi, the leader of the Policy making Council of Iran’s Friday Prayer Leaders, said that Ayatollah Khamenei is the spiritual leader of radical Jihadist groups located in Lebanon and Syria. Iran continues to offer total support to the Hezbollah present in Lebanon and the Hamas terrorist group of Palestine.

He also went on to say that Iran now enjoys to be one of the most powerful countries in the modern day world. It plays a significant role in the development of the surrounding regions and this fact is understood by several nations located in the Western regions. Hence, they are requesting Iran to provide support and bring an end to the prevailing crises of in and around Iran.

In Iran, the citizens and leaders of opposition have continuously been requested by several nations to withdraw support they are providing to the Jihadist groups. As per the third party reports, Iran provides millions of dollars every year to these radical groups that are based in Syria, Lebanon and Palestine. Iran also continues to grow rapidly and they have achieved tremendously in the past 30 years.

All these achievements are attributed to Ayatollah Khamenei and also, in the recent past, the government of Israel has attacked Iran as they are believed to have been developing nuclear weapons. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei however, said that nuclear weapons are ‘Haram’ and they are not planning to develop any nuclear weapons as such.

During the previous rule of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the tensions between Iran and Iraq had escalated, but the new President Hassan Rouhani plans to de-escalate the tensions and establish friendly ties between both the nations. Iran and Israel’s ties go a long way and are known to be allies ever since the rule of Pahlavi dynasty.
