The user interface is stock Android and it again proves that it’s better than other factory-skins in almost every possible way. Asus has also packed a ton of features in order to facilitate users but nitpicky customers would have preferred a little less bloat-ware.
Although, there is a useful Asus Cover App that is used to manage the settings for the company’s flip case, Asus support that provides assistance for your phone, Auto-Start manager that enables you to choose which kind of apps can start in the background, AudioWizard for choosing the correct EQ settings, a Backup App designed to back-up your files and a Data Transfer App that allows you to move files from an old phone to your Zenfone 2.
In the meantime, the Asus Zenfone 2 has now unofficially received a bootloader unlock method. A dexterous XDA Developers member achieved this benchmark which allows users to develop customized ROMs for their smartphone.
