The fans of the comic version of Arrow will already be aware of the fact that Felicity and Arrow doesn’t have a happy ending since she ends up dying in the hands of Damien Darhk. For the fans of the television series, the unhappy moment is going to come in the upcoming episode of Arrow Season 4.
Christian Today has reported that the next episode of Arrow Season 4 is likely to see Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) getting into serious trouble.
The trailer for the final episode of Arrow Season 4 has revealed that Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) talks about how the best way to get back at someone is to capture a loved one of theirs. This as Darhk puts it, is because as long as the captured person is alive, the person has someone to fight for.
Arrow has let out Damien Darhk’s huge secret to the whole of Star City. With the whole city aware of HIVE and Darhk’s plan, he is out to seek revenge from Oliver.
This hints at the fact that Felicity is going to be taken away from Oliver aka Arrow (Stephen Amell) by Damien Darhk. The trailer also shows Felicity being led away from Oliver by Damien Darhk’s men and her breathing is accentuated in the trailer to corroborate the claim that the last episode of Arrow Season 4 is going to leave the viewers breathless.
Damien Darhk is going to come out and unleash his plan to destroy Star City at the holiday party organised by the candidate for the post of the mayor. Dark makes his men fire at all those who are present there and creates pandemonium.
The trailer hints at Felicity not meeting with a happy ending since she looks terribly plain when she manages to tell Oliver from the other side of a glass that she loves him. The trailer ends with Oliver sitting beside a grave and mourning and there has been a huge cry about who that is going to be.
Viewers have speculated that the final episode will also reveal who is it that is inside the grave. Executive producer Wendy Mericle has informed that fans might get to see who is in the grave, but hasn’t given any concrete report on what’s in store.
Talking about who will be in the grave, Wendy Mericle informed that the fans will not only be informed about who’s in the grave by the midseason finale, they will also be informed about where each character is when that happens.
The creator of Arrow, Greg Berlanti has made a large number of superhero series and he uses one of his popular series to introduce the other characters.
He did the same with Flash, when he introduced Barry in Arrow Season 2 and this time round, he has introduced the characters of his upcoming series Legends of Yesterday by introducing them in the crossover between The Flash and Arrow.
Fans loved the way the characters from Legends of Yesterday were introduced. The crossover saw Arrow joining forces with Flash (Grant Gustin) and Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) to keep Kendra safe and end the rule of Vandal Savage (Casper Crump).
This crossover is not only important for the fans of Arrow because it brings in three separate superhero universes together, but because it also deals with a huge change that is about to come in the life of Oliver.
Oliver will be in Central City and will encounter Samantha Clayton (Anna Hopkins) who was his girlfriend previously when he hadn’t yet become the Green Arrow.
Samantha had become pregnant when Oliver’s mother paid her money to leave Oliver and tell him that she has lost the baby.
