Parent Herald reported Sam saying that she was shocked when Neil asked to get a divorce on the Decision Day. While she knew that it was coming, she was shocked to hear the words from his mouth and that made her think.
The two of them are still living separately, but they are constantly in touch and fans are hopeful that they will be able to work things out for the better. Sam herself said that she wants to make things work out with Neil and they are in touch over the social media and it looks like both of them are making an effort to work things out.
If all the three couples decide to ultimately end their relationship, it will be another unsuccessful year in Married at First Sight. The second season had also ended with two couples wanting to divorce, with the third one also going for it after the show ended.
Married at First Sight Season 1 was a major success with both the couples still very much together. Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner and Courtney Hendrix and Jason Carrion are still married and are planning to start a family of their own pretty soon. Jamie and Doug have their own issues, but they have worked things out and are now planning to extend their family.
