T-Mobile has just announced an exciting offer that can be availed by consumers who purchase the upcoming LG G5 from the carrier. The G5 is an upcoming smartphone from the house of LG which will go on sale from 1st April.
T-Mobile just made an announcement which states that those who purchase the brand new smartphone from them will be able to get a LG Battery Bundle for free. The Battery Bundle will be packed with a 2,800mAH battery along with a docking station which can be utilized by users to charge the battery.
The G5 will come with a removable battery and T-Mobile is trying to take advantage of this particular feature by announcing this amazing deal. On its own, the Battery Bundle comes with a price tag of $80. Needless to say, a number of customers will be driven to purchase the smartphone from T-Mobile because of this offer.
More good news awaits as T-Mobile has also announced that they will give away a LG 360 CAM to customers who purchase the smartphone from them before 5th April. The LG 360 CAM was announced by LG at the Mobile World Congress 2016. On its own it comes at a price of $200.
So that means that those who purchase the LG G5 before April 5, will be able to get a Battery Bundle plus a LG 360 CAM along with the smartphone itself.
It should be noted here that T-Mobile has added that the LG 360 CAM will be offered as a freebie along with the phone till stocks last. Given how amazing the offer is, it is likely that prospective customers will be geared up to grab it as soon as possible.
So it is advisable for customers to get their hands on the offer as fast as they can because stocks are going run out pretty soon! Online pre-orders for the device starts from March 29.
In other news, T-Mobile has just recorded and released a video which is being dubbed as- “probably the world’s fastest unboxing” of the LG G5. In the video, viewers can see Des Smith from T-Mobile unbox the upcoming device while being driven around in a Subaru rally car in mud and dirt tracks.
The car is seen going at an enormous speed and occasionally taking sharp turns. Inside the car Des Smith could be seen unboxing the LG G5 while talking about its build and various features. It is not the first time that Des Smith has taken unconventional methods to unbox a smartphone. On a previous instance, he was seen unboxing the new Samsung Galaxy S7 underwater.
In UK, the phone has been currently listed for pre-order by online retailer Carphone Warehouse. The Silver color variant of the LG G5 will be exclusively available on Carphone Warehouse. A £499.99 price tag has been quoted for the product on the website.
The pre-order of the phone started a few days ago on Amazon. Initially the price of the device was set at £529. However, it has been currently reduced to the £499.99 mark.
The pre-order for the device began about a month ago on Clove which is offering a pair of B&O in-ear headphones along with the phone. However, the price for the smartphone on Clove has been quoted at £529.99.
Carphone Warehouse has listed the delivery date for the device as April 1 whereas the Amazon has listed the same as April 8. No specific date has been listed by Clove in this regard. However, it stated that the device will be delivered in the first week of April.
