Okay guys, I know by now you probably have that question wreaking havoc inside your brain: What is the price? Similar to OnePlus, Xiaomi is known for making budget devices with flagship specifications.
The upcoming two devices shouldn’t be any different. You can expect the Mi5 to be priced around $371-$386, according to some leaked reports and the Mi5 Plus should have a $600 price tag, owing to its sky-is-the-limit specifications.
Thanks to leaks from benchmarks scores and industry sources, a lot of stuff has been leaked about the Mi5 so far. Recently, a new leak from China offered a good look at this upcoming powerhouse of a device. The leak only reveals the front portion of the handset in which we are sad to say that we don’t notice a fingerprint sensor.
However, keeps your hopes up as the leaked image doesn’t show the rear portion of this device. So, it’s safe to assume that the sensor will be located behind. Besides the microphone slot, there are two speakers located on the bottom of this device.
Meanwhile, the micro USB port should be placed next to the 3.5mm jack located on the top. Similar to the OnePlus Two, this upcoming device should be using USB Type-C technology. Based on recent rumors, MIUI 7 is based on Android 5.1 and should be released soon. The upcoming Mi5 should be using this latest user interface from Xiaomi.
