Earlier rumors suggested that the Huawei Mate 8 would launch on 5th November but the latest updates suggest a later release date for this device. Huawei, the highly-popular Chinese smartphone maker really hopes to capture the high-end market with the release of Huawei Mate 8.
Recently, invites were sent out to media organizations and a 26th November launch date has been scheduled for the event, as reported by Christian Today. According to the sent invites, Huawei Mate 8 will be the center of attraction.
Last weekend, a live image of the Huawei Mate 8 was leaked online and in the photo, the device is shown without a back casing. Furthermore, the leaked photo displays a fingerprint scanner along with a rounded camera design. Part of a metal frame can also be seen in the image.
According to reports from Latino Post, the Mate 8 features a design that is similar to Mate 7 and it was released around a year back. Further reports indicate that the 3D Touch feature seen in Apple iPhone 6S will be included in the Huawei Mate 8. On top of that, the device will come with a 4100mAh battery.
