This comment by Goldsman and excited the fans since they all know that the Beast Wars when it comes to the Transformers has to deal with Maximals and the Predacons, who were Transformers, but instead of changing into vehicles, they transformed into animals. This story line dealing with Beast Wars might bring in the favorite characters Rhinox and Cheetor.
Steven DeKnight has also revealed that Transformer 5 is taking some inspiration from popular series and films like Star Wars. He said that it s pleasure working with such a team of talented writers. He also said that the writers are having a great time finalizing the plotline for the upcoming film.
Michael Bay is currently wrapping up the post production work for 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi and he is going to be back to deal with Transformers 5 once the film is out next year. Akiva Goldsman and his team of writers are going to get a script ready for Bay to finalize and start the work on.
In an interview with Collider, Mark Wahlberg did confirm that both he and Michael Bay are going to be a part of Transformers 5 since he said that the two of them will sit with the script once he is back from Benghazi.
