Further reports indicate that it will arrive with the turbocharged diesel engine which was seen in the Cherokee. With the new diesel engine, the vehicle will enjoy better fuel economy, making the Wrangler greener as well.
Meanwhile, the people who are putting in extra hours at the Assembly Plant in order to get the vehicles rolling in time are not at all happy.
After being notified that for the purposes of production, the ceiling will be pushed further higher, the workers were mighty displeased. Reports suggest that the Toledo plant will be upgraded in order to accommodate more machinery and equipment for the production of the 2017 Jeep Wrangler.
It has turned out to be an immensely popular off-road vehicle and we all know about the increasing-population of Jeep crazies out there. At the same time, the plans to introduce and use aluminum parts for the Jeep Wrangler are going strong. At first, Jeep wanted to use aluminum completely but later decided to utilize parts made out of it.
