The show is hosted by Gabrielle Reece, who was a professional volleyball player and is also a fitness expert. Stallone will also be joining in as one of the executive producers of the show. The show will see ten regular women joining ten elite fitness experts and try to conquer a series of challenges while pushing themselves to the limit and testing their stamina and strength.

Stallone when asked about his decision to join the show said that the format of the show was first brought to his notice by Dave Boome, one of the executive producers. He has always been associated with fitness and given how his career had got a boost with a film related to it, he felt that the timing was just right.

Sylvester Stallone has suddenly come into the limelight after his performance in Creed and he even ended up getting an Oscar nomination after 40 years for the same. Now with the new focus on him, it looks like Stallone will not be able to be a part of Expendables 4. Terry Crews, who has been a part of Expendables since the first part, has come out state that Stallone now has more options to pick from.

Crews added that he will be not be coming in for Expendables 4 if Stallone isn’t a part of it. Sylvester Stallone has been like a father figure to him and in such situation he will be a part of the franchise only if Stallone returns for it. While there are no official confirmation yet, there are reports suggesting that Stallone will come in to reprise the role of Barney Ross in Expendables 4 and will begin shooting for the same in China, this fall.
