Sony Xperia Z4: Rumors and Spy Pics Surface, Official Release Date Unconfirmed!

The first image of the Xperia Z4 was reportedly hacked from CEO Michael Lynton’s personal files back in December 2014. Michael was reportedly busy discussing the possibility of including the Xperia Z4 in the upcoming James Bond flick, Spectre. This was why the image was present in his inbox in the first place. Sony is known to include their products in the James Bond franchise, the most notable of which is the use of the Xperia T in Skyfall. So, even though we have a probable motive, we cannot say for certain.

The Sony Xperia Z4 is likely to bear a few differences from its predeceasing models, including a thin body frame with a metal outline, 5.2-inch display with 2,506 x 1,440 pixel resolution. This puts the Xperia Z4 in a league alongside the Nexus 6, LG G3 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Like its predecessors, the Xperia Z4 will be IP68 certified, which means that this device will be water and dust proof. The device will be powered by Android v5.0 Lollipop.

Details of the smartphone have surfaced and we will publish a comprehensive review soon. What are your views on the upcoming Sony Xperia Z4? Let us know via the Comments Section below. Stay tuned for additional news, reports and updates from the world of technology.
