Season 23 Of Dancing With The Stars to Premiere This September, Sharna Burgess and Artem Chigvintsev to Make a Comeback This Season

Ever seen a gracious dancer, be it a boy or a girl, bend their bodies, popping and locking their posture, flowing through the music, and sometimes ball room dancing to a beautiful romantic song?

Does the thought of what if your favorite actor or actress, sportsperson or any favorite celebrity took part in a competition and showcase their dancing skills cross your mind?

Well, “Dancing with The Stars” seems to answer your wishes. Showcasing famous actors and singers, sportspeople and maybe even your favorite blogger, the diversity is unimaginable and the list goes on. And it looks like a new season of the show is on the roll.

Season 23 of “Dancing with The Stars” is set to premiere in September, and the fans are ecstatic and excited about the casting for the upcoming season.

Although no official confirmation has been made yet by the ABC about the casting or any other detail about the new season, speculations have already started circulating.

ABC’s Good Morning America took to them and revealed in a recent tweet that the official cast announcement would be made soon. A rather unusual thing happened when GMA tweeted about the official cast reveal to happen on August 30, but then deleted the tweet five hours later.

And of course, the sudden deletion of the tweet has left the buzz and the speculations heightened, fans taking to social media to tweet out their thoughts and views about the announcement.

People magazine released an image of the official poster featuring dancers Sharna Burgess and Artem Chigvintsev who are confirmed on the show for this season. And it was not just the poster, but the official premiere date of September 23 was revealed as well.

Michael Phelps, who has just added 4 more gold medals to his already 16 other gold is rumored to be joining the cast this year as told by a source to Hollywood Life.

As the source stated, the swimmer has been approached to sign on to the show but there still is no confirmation whether he is going to put on his dance shoes just yet.

Bachelorette Jojo Fletcher, Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice, former Bachelor New Zealand Star Jordan Manger, and ESPN’s The Coach’s co-host and former WWE broadcaster/Star Jonathan Coachman are some of the other rumored contenders for this upcoming season.

Louis Walsh, the X-factor Judge asked about if he would want to be a judge for the “Dancing with the Stars”, the X-factor judge was very blunt with his words stating that the team of DWTS won’t be able to afford him.

Walsh further stated that he occasionally comes back to the Irish Shows if he finds them interesting, namely like Miriam and the Late Late show but other than that he mentions that there’s not a great amount of money in the Irish TV to spare.

With all the speculations, it looks like the poster featuring Sharna Burgess and Artem Chigvintsev is the only confirmation involving the cast that’s revealed. Burgess made it to the semi-final while Artem was the second last to go home in the last season.

There has still been no confirmation regarding if the hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews or judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tolioni and Len Goodman will be returning in the upcoming season.

Mark Ballas has taken to his social media to convey his wish of being partnered with an Olympic gymnast in the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars.
