The extended warranty and insurance service comes with two plans. The B2X Service plan adds an additional one year warranty to the default manufacturing warranty of the device.
The B2X Protect plan provides cover for the smartphone in case any sort of physical, liquid or any other accidental damage.
The B2X Service plan comes with a price tag of Rs 999 and users will have to purchase this plan within a period of 30 days from the date of buying the device.
The B2X Protect plan will cost RS 1299 for the users and it has to be purchased within a period of 7 days of the purchase of the device.
There are certain exclusions in the insurance coverage plan of the B2X Protect. These include- Failure to work due to a fluid spill by accident which enters the internal circuit of the device, which results in the malfunction or failure of the concerned device. Damages caused during riots, strike and malicious damage. Damages due to Act of God, fire, lightning and explosion.
The company stated in its blog that its aim is not just providing with quality smartphones to users, but also to provide efficient prompt after sales services to its customers.
