Nick and Hank Tackle a Wesen Preacher, Renard Takes Drastic Steps in Grimm Season 5, Series Renewed by NBC!

Fans will be happy to know that Christian Post has confirmed that NBC has decided to renew Grimm for the sixth season. The news was confirmed by the network in its new roster, which has the names of all the series that they have recently renewed.

Grimm follows the story of Nick Burkhardt,a homicide investigator working with the police department of Portland who has descended from a line of monster-hunters called Grimms. The series shows Nick joining his partner detective Hank to take down various evil creatures.

The show has always enjoyed a good TRP. Lawyer Herald has reported that it has averaged 4 million viewers this season. Jennifer Salke, President of NBC Entertainment, informed Deadline that Grimm has always enjoyed a loyal fan base who have been fascinated with the world of evil creatures that the show has brought to life every week. Now that Grimm has been renewed for season 6, they are all excited to see what’s the plan ahead.

Grimm has been renewed along with drama series like Chicago PD, Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, Shades of Blue, The Blacklist, Blindspot and Law & Order: SVU. NBC has also confirmed that they have renewed Superstore and The Voice. On the other hand, shows like The Night Shift, Undateable, Heartbeat, Game of Silence, Crowded, Telenovela and The Mysteries of Laura are yet to be decided upon.
