Samuel L. Jackson signed for his 9-film Marvel Studios contract around years ago and a lot of people in the industry thought of it as wishful thinking. Right now, there are only 2 films left in the contract and fans are now wondering when Marvel will bring in the highly coveted Samuel .L Jackson card into play.
Gold Coast Bulletin of Australia as revealed that Jackson’s Nick Fury will make an appearance in the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok while it takes over Village Roadshow Studios soundstages that was previously held by another Jackson blockbuster named Kong: Skull Island. This further show little understanding that Fox’s 2015 Superhero Bomb has no relation to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is advised that we should take this info with a grain of salt. It is still possible that Fury would follow-up on his report at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron about the downed Quinjet which will provide information about the whereabouts of Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok.
Mark Ruffalo is expected to join forces with the God of Thunder which will lead to an intergalactic road movie of sorts. Meanwhile, considering Nick Fury’s place in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe, Jackson made it clear to Collider he wants to continue in perpetuity in spite of a ticking clock on his contract. However, he did not appear in May’s Captain America: Civil War.
Jackson declared that obviously he was interested in making a return. Jackson said that he was looking for a contract expansion at the moment. He said, “I’m looking to re-up.” Reports indicate that Thor Ragnarok will close out on MCU’s Asgardian Trilogy.
We will definitely witness the return of God of Thunder Chris Hemsworth with Tom Hiddleston as Loki and Anthony Hopkins as Odin. Meanwhile, Cate Blanchett has also been reported to playas the film’s villain. In the meantime, the 2013 ‘Black List’ screenwriter Stephany Folsom was recently brought aboard by Phase Three.
Earlier, Craig Kyle and Christopher Yost worked on the script. Thor: Ragnarok will open in theaters on 3rd November 2017 in 3D/2D theaters in IMAX.

The latest rumor surrounding the film hinted at a certain plot twist. It was further reported that the upcoming film will bring about the death of a certain major character.
According to various speculations, one of Thor’s friends, Heimdall will see the end in Thor: Ragnarok. Heimdall’s character was played by Idris Elba and he will die because of Hela, who will be played by Cate Blanchett. According to various fan theories, the upcoming film will star Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston and he will team with Hela, Ruler of Underworld.
