5 Seconds of Summer wasn’t orchestrated by any media company or reality show. They came together on their own because of their passion for music 2011. The band did get a big push from the shout out that One Direction gave them, but they didn’t bank on just that.
5 Seconds of Summer came to the limelight when the boys got an opportunity to tour with One Direction. The Australian boys opened the 1D tour way back on 2013 and since then there’s been no looking back.
5 SOS and 1D have very different fan base. The majority of them are screaming females, but unlike the 1D fans who are mostly older and are dressed like they are out on a date, the 5SOS performances are usually full of screaming females who are edgier and prefer Weezer t-shirts and Green Day covers.
Luke Hemmings and 1D member Louis Tomlinson go long back to when the latter found a song of 5SOS on YouTube. Given that the two known each other pretty well, Luke Hemmings came out to give Tomlinson some advice.
Hemmings asked the father-to-be not to freak out about having a baby with Briana Jungwirth. He advised him to look for the positives in the situation. Irwin had said that Tomlinson is sure to step up to the challenge.
