While the previous song What Do You Mean was a diss at Selena Gomez, given the lyrics that have been captioned in the video, this song is believed to be an apology.
With the latest news that New Zealand is changing its current flag, Bieber has made an earnest plea to the Prime Minister of New Zealand, asking him to keep the current flag and not to go ahead and change it.
The singer said that even though he is from Canada, he loves how the current flag of New Zealand looks and would want it to change. New Zealand has a referendum to change their flag sometime in between November and December.
