Trondsen added that there is no justification in calling Jennifer Lawrence a racist since she answered all the questions asked by the reporter properly and also did the same with the other foreign journalists.
This attack against Jennifer Lawrence drives home a very pertinent point. It is something that actresses like Kate Winslet and Gwyneth Paltrow will be able to relate to. It indicates the world has reached the peak Jennifer Lawrence moment and from here on everything will be downhill.
Lawrence was a favorite as she made her entry at the red carpet. Lawrence and her best friend Amy Schumer, who were up for the same award had promised that they would wear matching dresses, but that happen.
However, the two proved how good friends they are when they shifted seats to sit with each other when the nominations were being read out. After Jennifer Lawrence’s name was called out, Amy Schumer leaned in to give her a tight hug.
However, the day didn’t end that well for Jennifer Lawrence with the whole media lashing out at her. Huffington Post reported that Lawrence’s attitude that was once considered to be charming, as a breath of fresh air, is now being seen as her bitchiness for being a successful actress.
This is how the industry works. What remains to be left is how Jennifer Lawrence claims her spot in the Oscars. Leave a comment and share your thoughts on Lawrence.
I think the reports of Ms. Lawrence’s popularity ‘death’ are greatly exaggerated, to paraphrase Twain.
A relatively small but dedicated group can get something to ‘trend’ on twitter if they know the twitter rules that apply. I know, I’ve done it with people myself. That a significant number of people are jealous of or infuriated by the most popular people at any time is not an earth shattering revelation. Then, too, Jennifer Lawrence recently came out swinging on a couple of hot topics, against Kim Davis’s actions, and supporting planned parenthood, which inspired hate her way by certain groups.
While they are sophisticated enough in the ways of online commenting to posture as one time fans as they bash her, I highly doubt any ‘fan’ would have jumped to a conclusion enough to drop JLaw (much less hound her on twitter) from the brief clip that went viral. And if you view the entire q and a it is clear she was not being rude.
I think those who try to create a theme that ‘it is all downhill from here’ for JLaw are going to find themselves very embarrassed as they find she is as much loved by her fans, as ever.

Give her a break. Media overload striving to grab notice with something negative. She is an incredible actress with a delightful, engaging presence.
