Jason Voorhees Comes To Mortal Kombat X on Mobile during Halloween, Spawn and Baraka Could Be Playable Characters in Kombat Pack 2 DLC!

NetherRealm Studios have declared that Jason Voorhees, the hockey-masked murderer from Friday the 13th series, will be a playable guest character in Mortal Kombat X, for both the PC and console world. Obviously, this announcement was made on Friday the 13th this past March.

Meanwhile, on the mobile side of things, the iOS version of Mortal Kombat X has caught up with Halloween, with the addition of Jason Voorhees to the game. Players can obtain Jason in Mortal Kombat X by beating the latest challenge mode or by ranking high enough in the Jason Multiplayer season.

NetherRealm has been quite interested in the crossover trend with the addition of long-time Mortal Kombat character Johnny Cage to WWE Immortals.

This took place a couple of weeks back and it was indicated that WWE wrestler John Cena might be heading in the opposite direction by making an appearance in Mortal Kombat X. Meanwhile, you can start hacking away as Jason Voorhees in Mortal Kombat X.

Right now, it’s time for Mortal Kombat X fans to be happy since new playable characters will be added by DLC to their favorite game.

The characters to be featured could be fighters from previous Mortal Kombat installments or they could be from the comic, movies or books as well. Ed Boon, the creator of Mortal Kombat series has already confirmed the DLC second season pass for the game.

Ever since Mortal Kombat II, the character has been in the Mortal Kombat franchise and furthermore, he already made an appearance in the current series. Baraka comes with his own sets of moves and programming, along with his own voiceovers.

Reports indicate that it would be quite easy to transform him into a playable character. Reports indicate that the season 2 pass for Kombat Pack 2 will be released next year in April, for a price of 29.99 dollars.

The pass will further come with all the above-mentioned DLC characters, new content and new character skins. The extra characters can also be purchased individually by Mortal Kombat X gamers, for a one-time payment only.

Ed Boon recently set the world wondering on Twitter about a Kombat Pack 2, which would be soon available for Mortal Kombat X. The big question arose from the four silhouettes that were and furthermore, it offered a clue it offered clues regarding what could be expected in the upcoming Kombat Pack 2.
