The first season saw that the Time Masters were destroyed in the first season of Legends of Tomorrow. Without the Time Council and the Oculus, the team will have to fill in for the role of the Time Masters in Legends of Tomorrow Season 2.

Marc Guggenheim, the producer for Legends of Tomorrow, has revealed what the fans can expect in Legends of Tomorrow Season 2. He said that the start of the new mission has already been made in the first season.
This made it very clear that Hourman’s (Patrick J. Adams) statement from the finale of Season 1 will be the beginning of the next adventure for the team of Legends of Tomorrow.
Christian Today has reported that the second season of Legends of Tomorrow is also going to introduce the Justice Society of America. The fans of the comic book from DC Comics is well aware that the Justice Society is the precursor of the Justice League, and it is going to be exciting to see them come into the television screen for the very first time.
The Justice Society of America was first founded by Jay Garrick. Jay Garrick is Flash, and he is portrayed by John Wesley Shipp in the series, The Flash. Since the character is going to be present in two of the series on the same network, the fans are hopeful that the role of Jay Garrick in Legends of Tomorrow will be portrayed by John Wesley Shipp.
Hourman has issued a warning to the heroes stating that there is going to be conflict in the future.
This is likely to cause Rip Hunter and his team comprising of The Atom or Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh), Heat Wave or Mick Rory (Dominic Purcell), Firestorm or Jax Jackson (Franz Drameh), White Canary or Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) and Professor Martin Stein (Victor Garber) to get help from the Justice Society of America from Earth 2 in order to defeat Hourman.
Rex’s team is going to be making their mission statements since there are no Time Masters, and they will be doing the best they can. The producers have also teased that the villain in Season 2 of Legends of Tomorrow is way more dangerous than Vandal Savage since the whole thing with Savage would appear like a walk in the park.
