Gran Turismo 7: No Specific Release Date in Sight, Features Greater Number of Premium Cars!

Various rumors are doing rounds on the internet that Gran Turismo Sport is actually a prologue to the upcoming Gran Turismo 7.

Jim Ryan, the CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe recently stated that the developers of Gran Turismo Sport will be able to add more content to it through DLCs. The same could not be done for the prologue titles of previous games like Gran Turismo 4 and 5.

Ryan is of the opinion that GT Sport will be more than just a prologue. He pointed out that with the advancement of technology and internet, developers are able to add more content to games through DLCs. The same will be done for GT Sport and thus, it cannot be touted as just a prologue.

This was not the case in earlier times when the concept of DLCs was not present. The game came with whatever was originally incorporated into it. Thus, the prologues featured striking differences with the actual games.

However, at the present moment, the concept of DLCs has reduced the distinction between prologues and the actual games. Thus, GT Sport will be much more than just a prologue to the elusive Gran Turismo 7.

Stay tuned for more update on Gran Turismo 7.
