Gran Turismo 7 Expected To Release by Autumn 2016 or Early Next Year, More Information

Polyphony Digital hasn’t yet confirmed the release date for upcoming racing video game Gran Turismo 7. However, it is still quite early and the developers have already promised a much furnished and enhanced title compared to its predecessor.

Rumors indicate that it is a huge leap compared to the gameplay and physics in Gran Turismo 6 and according to speculations; it will roll out either next year or in 2017. Besides the improved gameplay, Gran Turismo 7 will introduce excellent audio quality as the developer has worked extremely hard to raise it a couple of notches.

In the meantime, Polyphony Digital even took Mike Caviezel recently so as to ensure that the 7th installment really has the better audio quality compared to the 6th. Caviezel is the former audio director of the Xbox Exclusive racing game franchise, Forza Motorsport, which is designed only for the Microsoft consoles.

According to The Latinos Post, his entry into the Gran Turismo franchise has generated further excitement for this upcoming title. Meanwhile, Forza Motorsport is known for its extremely detailed and well-generated audio, hence Gran Turismo fans are waiting to witness the same in the 7th installation of this series.

In the audio industry, Caviezel has around 18 years of experience or more so he is quite skilled in his craft and as a result, fans of Gran Turismo franchise can justifiably look up to him, in terms of game development.

In the meantime, the new gameplay trailer for Gran Turismo 7 is expected to be rolled out by Polyphony Digital in the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2015. It is scheduled to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on 16th or 18th June.

Previous reports indicate that the release of Gran Turismo 7 has been pushed back as the developers need more time to make it a much more polished product, compared to its predecessor. Kazunori Yamauchi, the original creator of the Gran Turismo franchise, confirmed that Gran Turismo 7 will have everything that was lacking in the predecessors like Gran Turismo 6.

For an auto designer, it is dream-come-true when he is assigned to develop a blisteringly fast car without the chains and shackles of the real world. This is exactly what happened during the making of SRT Tomahawk Vision Gran Turismo, a completely new digital creation by Fiat Chrysler automobiles, designed to debut in the upcoming Gran Turismo 6.

Right now, we are simply hoping that it will make its way to Gran Turismo 7 which is coming this year or the next. The car was designed keeping in mind the objective of creating a beast that totally dominates the virtual race track.
