GoPro Hero 5 Gets Full Ultra HD Video Recording Capability, Rumored to Release by Early Next Year!

The company is mainly poised to make the GoPro Hero 5 one of the best next-generation action camcorder in the whole universe. With the delay in its release, the company is probably trying to incorporate all the necessary features while maintaining the quality and functionality of this device.

This is why the San Mateo, California based company pushed back its release to next year. Meanwhile, the fanatics are clearly waiting for the GoPro Hero 5 to make its mark and they are pretty amped right now. GoPro lovers are clutching to any sort of information they get and hoping for the device to release pretty fast.

The GoPro action cameras already had the ability of shooting and recording underwater with the standard housing and the devices were able to withstand a depth of 40 meters. With the underwater housing, the depth increased to 60 meters.

At the moment, we are wondering whether the GoPro Hero 5 will offer a depth support of 60 meters with the standard housing so that with underwater housing, it can withstand even a greater depth.

  1. Any information about the lens? I hope no fisheye lens anymore. Instead they should focus swappable lenses, so no fixed lens anymore. Also, optical image stabilization is more than just needed. 3D I don’t care..
