Daredevil Season 2 is set to release on the 18th of March and the trailer with the first look of the season is out. If you are thinking that you will get to see the Daredevil in action and will see The Punisher wreaking havoc, then you are going to be highly disappointed with the trailer.
The first trailer that Netflix has released only contains images from Daredevil Season 1 and some words in Matt Murdock’s voice. Matt Murdock asks why he feels guilty, when it is told to him that guilt is not always a bad thing. It might be seen as the soul’s call to action because the work that has been started by the individual isn’t complete.
With these words, the camera pans out and the image that comes out is very similar to the one that has been depicted on the poster for Daredevil Season 2. There are images of every important character from Daredevil and each of them is overshadowed by a huge black skull, indicating the foreboding influence of The Punisher.
The Washington Post has reported that despite no new footage from the upcoming season, there is one thing that is very clear. The Punisher and Matt Murdock aren’t on the same side. They will be on opposing sides and that will be a fight worth watching.
