Spinoff has reported that Hope Davis is going to return to Wayward Pines Season 2 as Megan Fisher who has been carrying out the scientific research on the Abbies. She is going to be joined by Tom Evans who will be back to reprise his role of Jason Higgins, a member of the First Generation.
Cast members from Wayward Pines Season 1 who will be returning to the second season, but only in limited capacity will include Charlie Tahan, Carla Gugino and Melissa Leo.
There are a lot of post-apocalypse series on television right now, but what works like magic for Wayward Pines Season 2 is that it takes situations that viewers think they know the outcome of, but then they are actually made to come face to face with something that is completely different.
Wayward Pines Season 1 saw the Abbies coming into the town after waking up from their hibernation and the second season is going to deal with these creatures and will show them to be completely different from what the viewers had thought of them.
