It was also reported that the device might feature 4K resolutions. Rumors regarding the possibility of a pressure sensitive touch screen are also doing rounds on the internet.

If indeed it features a pressure sensitive touch screen, users will be able to get a similar experience like that of the 3D Touch feature that was used in the iPhone 6 lineup.

However, it should be noted that there has been no official backing behind these rumors as of yet.

Whatever may be the processor, it will be accompanied with a whopping 6GB of RAM and a dedicated GPU for the graphics department.

Several variants of the device based on its in-built memory will be available. Reports state that Samsung will launch a 64GB variant, a 128GB variant. Another variant that will be launched will come with a massive 256GB storage space.

It should be noted here that the storage space on the device will be expandable by the usage of an external microSD card in its microSD slot.

Just in the previous month Samsung came forward with the announcement regarding this new type of storage technology that will be used in their future smartphones. This type of storage has been termed embedded UFS storage.

It will make its first appearance in the upcoming Note 6. Samsung is currently producing the embedded UFS storage on a mass scale. It will reportedly be twice as fast compared to the existent storage technologies.
