The actual name of the game is Pokémon Niji, however, it should be noted that the English translation for Niji is Rainbow. A Wii U application will be featured in the game. It was also reported that the developers would incorporate both old and new Pokémon.

As for Pokémon Sunand Moon, the games will be rolled out during the holiday season of the ongoing year.

Another Pokémon game that is scheduled to hit the market in the current year is Pokémon GO. Pokémon GO is an augmented reality game that will allow players to play it in real world. It was also reported that $5 million has been raised by Niantic for the development of the game. Niantic is the company that is developing the game.

However, it should be noted that the game will not be released at the same time all over the world. Instead it will first hit the markets in Japan, North America and Europe. Fans in other parts of the world need not worry as it has been confirmed that Pokémon GO will gradually be rolled out in other regions too.

The game will be showed-off by Niantic at the Game Developers Conference 2016 which is scheduled to begin on March 14 and will come to an end on March 18.
