In other news, the Motorola ‘Friends with Moto’ discounts are back. The company offered $50 off on Moto X last year, and currently it’s providing great discounts on its smartphone lineup. However, you’ll need to know someone in Motorola. However, Gopinath Palaniappan, a Motorola employee shared this piece of news on Google+ with a link that allows you to claim the discount.
Keep in mind that the requests need to be approved personally, which has further slowed down the process. On top of that, this privilege is only available in the U.S. If you receive a confirmation, you’ll be able to purchase the Moto 360 with a 20% discount. Therefore, the price will drop to $239.99 for a metal band watch, $199.99 for the leather band model, and $269.99 for the champagne gold model. The Moto X is 28% off while the Motorola Moto G2 is 16% off.
Stay tuned for more updates on Motorola Moto G2!
