Melanie Griffith Spotted With The Fading Antonio Tattoo, Estranged Couple Sells Off L.A Estate, And More

After almost 20 years of marriage, Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas have finalised their divorce. Griffith and Banderas were a perfect couple, or almost so, with her platinum blonde hair and school-girl voice and his Spanish manliness and baritone.

With the couple having gone their separate ways, they have entered the gossip columns were the property prices of estranged Hollywood A-lost couples are discussed. It is being rumoured that their estate in the posh locality of Hancock Park in L.A is up for sale. This is not enough there is rumour that property has been priced at a whopping $16.1 million.

The couple had bought the estate for $4.2 million in 1999 and had bought the property next door as well for $1.3 million and had combined the two to make a 1.5 acres property. Built in 1925 by famous architect Gordon Kaumann, the mansion covers 15,110 square feet.

The property listing shows that the estate has a gated stone drive with a discrete three car garage. Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas had good taste and had kept most of the original architectural details while adding modern facilities. The mansion has seven bedrooms and has seven full and three half bathrooms along with a huge foyer, reception hall and stone staircase and stencilled wood ceiling and French doors.

While it is easy to sell off and move ahead when it comes to joint properties, it is not so easy when it comes to tattoos. Melanie Griffith was spotted recently still donning her heart enclosed Antonio tattoo. The couple had decided to call quits last summer and in spite of going through laser treatments, the tattoo is still very clearly visible.

Griffith was spotted before she headed to a gym in Beverly Hills. She was in a stylish all black sports look, with black Lycra leggings with a black tank top and a pair of black sports shoes. She had her blond hair scrunched up carelessly over her hair and had kept her make-up minimal. She had added a dash of style to her monotone outfit with a pair of cool cat-eye sunglass.
